At Vault Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at vaultstudioglobal@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Once your return request is approved and the item is received, we will inspect it and process a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 1-2 business days to reflect in your account. Please note that customized, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
